Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key contributor to our growth and success, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our bulk packaging consumables to 3PL warehouses and manufacturing facilities, helping them streamline their operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the value of our bulk packaging consumables. Conduct product demonstrations and trials as needed to win client trust and confidence.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and discounts to secure profitable deals. Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Sales Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify potential customers, prospects, and sales opportunities to expand market presence.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and be responsive to their queries and concerns.

New Business Development: Proactively seek out and engage with potential new customers within the 3PL warehouse and manufacturing/ distribution sectors. Leverage your industry knowledge and networking skills to identify opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.

Product Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our bulk packaging consumables, their features, benefits, and applications. Be able to educate clients on how our products can enhance their operations and offer tailored solutions to address their specific needs.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive products. Use this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and differentiate them from competing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
